Packaging
All of our items are packed in mail suitable cartons. Please see our returns section in the Terms and Conditions in respect of the unlikely event of any breakages.
Shipping
Within Singapore we ship with DHL on a standard delivery service which is 1-3 days from despatch (no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday), we charge $10.00 per shipment and offer free carriage on all orders over $1000.00.
Goods are normally despatched from our warehouse within 3 – 5 working days of our receiving your order.
For countries outside of Singapore we use DHL. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that we can send on request.
Charges are based on the weight and size of your shipment and will be calculated at checkout.
